In order to reveal the variety of the culinary heritage of the Gastronomy Creative Cities, the city of Enghien-les-Bains collected their most iconic recipes embodying their history, their know-how and their traditions.
Thanks to the mobile application created by Diplopixels, on the occasion of the XIth Annual Meeting, the public will acess this flavor book and will discover more explanation about the origin and the added value of each meat. Everyone will be able to reproduce these recipes at home depending on the category (starter, main dish and dessert) and on the country.
